Education Programme - Discovery Lectures 2009

Dancing Dragonflies - July 11th 2.30 pm.

Do you know your dragonflies from your damselflies?
A chance to learn more about this fascinating group of insects with local recorder, for the British Dragonfly Society, Keith Gittens.
Starting at 2.30pm Keith will lead a walk to see what dragonflies can be found within the arboretum.  Bring binoculars if you can.
This will be followed at 4pm with a talk where you can learn more about the dragonfly life cycle, how to identify and where to look for dragonflies.
